About the SPOA Board of Directors
The The SPOA Board of Directors is comprised of Somerset community members that volunteer their time and talents. Together with a hired management company, they work to make Somerset and the community of Ames a superior place to live. The current board strives to meet at 7:00 PM on the third Monday of each month, schedules permitting. Board meetings are open to Somerset property owners.
Mission Statement
The Somerset Property Owner’s Association is a group inclusive of all Somerset residents which is dedicated to making the Village of Somerset a better community. This is achieved by working to preserve and enhance the community's physical assets, by providing opportunities for Somerset residents to take pride in their community, and by providing environments and occasions for neighbors to connect with one another.
