The Somerset Clubhouse is privately owned and is not affiliated with the Somerset Property Owner’s Association.

Unfortunately, your SPOA dues DO NOT cover the use of the clubhouse and pool facilities. The clubhouse and pool were originally built for the enjoyment of apartment residents, but Somerset residents that have purchased a membership are also allowed the use of the facilities. The clubhouse is operated by the Somerset Village and Garden Apartment Association.
