About the Village of Somerset
The Village of Somerset is an "urban village" located in Ames, Iowa, directly north of Iowa State University. Our Village includes interesting architecture, village greens, walking and biking trails, a pond with a Pavillion, family-friendly parks, a clubhouse and pool (separate membership required), and a commercial town center. We think it's a great place to enjoy small-town life next to one of the Midwest's finest universities.
